The foster guardian agrees to the following conditions: 

1) I/We hereby agree to care for this cat/kitten/dog humanely (including providing adequate food, water, shelter, love and attention). Cats / kittens will not be allowed outdoors. Dogs / puppies must be on-leash when outside the home / fenced yard, and may not go to dog parks.

2) I/We agree to follow any guidelines for foster care provided by the AINF Staff, including healthcare, behavior or nutrition guidelines.

3) If foster cat / dog becomes lost or stolen, I/We agree to notify AINF immediately.

4) If I/We choose to adopt foster cat / dog, the listed adoption fee will apply.

5) I/We agree that we will not accept additional foster animals into our home at the same time as other fosters without the explicit prior consent of AINF Staff. This requirement is solely to protect the health of all animals involved.

6) If at any time I / We are unable or unwilling to continue to care for this/these animal(s), I/We agree to contact AINF Staff and the AINF Staff will work to find an alternative placement for the animal. I will give AINF at least 2 weeks notice if I am unable to continue
fostering and / or if I need temporary foster care for my foster animal in the event that I am going out of town, etc.

7) I/We promise and agree to be solely responsible for this / these animal(s), and to indemnify and hold harmless AINF from any and all
claims of liability for the conduct of this/these animal(s) while in our care. This Release of Liability and Indemnification shall apply to all known, unknown and unanticipated damages resulting from my/our foster guardianship or control of such animal.

8) This contract is binding between Animals in Need Fund (AINF) and the foster guardian.
